SCHOOLHOUSE BAY PICNIC Noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, August 5th

Where: "Schoolhouse Bay" West (primary location) or North (backup), depending on the weather. We'll picnic at our clubhouse if weather is really bad. If you have never been to the beach on Middle Bass Island, the bottom is soft sand up to just a few feet from shore, before changing over to a rocky beach.

What the committee will provide: Hot Dogs, Soft Drinks, Serveware, Dessert, Transportation arrangements for the "boatless," Good weather, Fun. (Note: The Fleet Captains would not say exactly how they plan to control the weather...)

What funseekers will provide: Hors D'oeuvres, side dish, or salad to share; Adult beverages (if desired); Kind boaters will help with rides for our "boatless" members; Any great water-games you may have, etc...

How to sign up for the festivities: There will be a sign-up sheet at the club in mid-July. We hope you will join us on the beach!
